An approved payment partner controls the funds. The verified traveler is paid only after the delivery release condition is met, and an open dispute pauses payout.

What items are allowed?

Senders may request eligible personal items only when airline, customs, export, import, and destination-country rules permit them. Dangerous, controlled, undeclared, or prohibited items are not allowed. See our list of prohibited items.

How much can travelers earn?

Most travelers earn between €50 and €200 per delivery depending on route, size, and weight.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. We use the same encryption standards as major banks to protect your data and never share it with third parties without your consent.

What if something goes wrong with the delivery?

Contact iCarry support at support@icarry.app. We review the evidence and can request that the payment partner hold, release, or refund funds under the approved dispute process.

How fast are deliveries completed?

Most deliveries are completed within 3 to 5 days after departure, depending on traveler schedules and routes.

Do I need to verify my identity?

Email verification is required. Identity verification is also required before a traveler can receive a payout, and additional checks may apply to a transaction or risk review.

What fees should I expect?

The traveler reward and any iCarry or payment fee are shown before you confirm payment. You will never be charged a hidden fee.
