Get to know the dashboard layout so you always know where to find your active work.
Home overview
The home tab shows shortcuts to active deliveries, upcoming trips, and recent conversations.
Widgets highlight statistics such as on-time completion rate and response time trends.
Quick actions let you post an item, share a trip, or start a new chat without leaving the page.
Tracking activity
Use the Active view to filter by role and see which tasks need attention today.
Timeline entries display milestones like pickup confirmed or arrival scanned so you can spot delays early.
Each card includes links to chat, payment status, and uploaded documents for the delivery.
Adjusting settings
Visit the profile menu to update account security, notification preferences, and payout details.
Download reports of your deliveries and payouts directly from the dashboard for bookkeeping.
