Payments are made online through Stripe. The methods available to you — such as iDEAL, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay — are shown at checkout.
Payment is processed after handoff verification is completed and held by iCarry until delivery is confirmed.
Your payment is handled securely by Stripe — iCarry never stores your payment details.
Payment confirms straight away, so the traveler is notified as soon as it goes through.
Payouts are made via SEPA bank transfer to your European bank account.
Add your IBAN and account holder name in Settings → Payments before completing deliveries.
Payouts are processed after delivery is confirmed and typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
Make sure the name on your payout account matches your verified identity to avoid delays.
All transactions are processed in EUR (Euros).
iCarry is currently free to use — no platform fees are charged.
We never ask you to move money off-platform; doing so violates the terms of service.
